2. Feasibility study and consultation for unaffiliated unions in the Region
3. Study mission on union building works in target countries
4. Research and Information exchange on contract workers

4. Education/Research Assistance

1. Study and Exchange new education methodology and cases of experiences
2. Assist to set long-term goal for self-financed education/research works
3. Priority allocation for organising efforts and rank and file education

5. Solidarity and Campaigns on TUR / Human Rights / Environmental Issues

1. Regular Publication of Newsletter and News Update (Internet Homepage & E-mail)
2. Close coordination with HQ Campaigns Officer and ICFTU/ITSs/ILO
3. Assist towards trade unions in Indonesia, Burma, Cambodia and Thailand
4. Coordination with selected NGOs on specific issues

6. Women and Informal Sector

1. Reinforce the request to set-up women's committee at each affiliate
2. Conduct national training courses to promote agenda of women activities
3. Promote exchange program among informal sector organisations
4. Review of role of NGOs in informal sector
5. Set-up A/P Women Working Group/Steering Committee

7. Campaigns on IFI and TNC

1. Information Exchange and Circulation of Materials on IFI/TNC
2. Research and Publications on impact of globalisation
3. Coordination with ICFTU/ITSs on APEC/APLN
